MapX Pet Membership: more for you and your pet, for a couple of dollars a month

An assistant can read our plans, start a signup for you, check whether it's active, show you your codes and cancel if you ask. It can't pay for you or handle card details: you always approve and pay on Stripe's page yourself.

The app uses your location to show nearby pet stores, dog parks and other places, plus local events. You can turn location on or off anytime in your device settings. Your preferred city is separate: you pick it at signup and can change it anytime.

Breeding animals need a vet check within the past year, and must meet our age minimums (dogs 18 months, cats 12 months). No commercial or high-volume breeding, and listings must be honest about health and temperament. MapX Pet doesn't verify or guarantee animals. Read the full responsible breeding rules.

Every listing gets an automatic scam check when you submit it, and you get an instant decision. Photos are checked too, and a flagged photo is always reviewed by our team. For members, the bot's decision stands. Anyone whose listing isn't approved, member or not, can ask once for a second look by our team, who make the final call. On every board, a listing reported by 3 different members is hidden until our team reviews it, and reporting a scam alerts our team right away. Read our moderation policy.

Open the ad-free link from your membership once in each browser you use. Clearing cookies turns ads back on until you reopen the link.

It's optional. We count each member's pets for our public “pets helped” counter (shown once we have 6 members). It shows totals only and never names or details. Pet names are optional and never shown publicly. You can change or remove your pets anytime.

At promoted partner places listed on MapX Pet. We're signing up partners now, so there may be none in your city yet. Each offer shows its own terms. Show your member code when you pay.

Not yet. When the MapX Pet online shop opens, members get member-only pricing automatically with their member code. We'll email you when it opens.

Pet events in the city you pick, like free nail-clipping days, pet photos with Santa and adoption days. They're shared by local pet places and checked by our team. Each alert links to the event's source, so you can confirm details before you go.
